For the month of February 2025, we guarantee that if we fail to reply to your voicemail or email within 25 minutes, you will receive a $25.00 credit toward your final bill upon completion of work.

When and to whom will this apply?

This offer only applies to first time customers. It only applies to the initial attempt to contact us, it will not apply to any follow up or continued interactions. If for some reason we cannot book a service for you, this offer will not apply. Reasons for not being able to book a service include but are not limited to:

  • We do not provide the service you are searching for

  • Your service address is not within our service area

  • Cancellation of appointment on the part of the client

  • Our schedule will not allow us to service you in the timeframe you require

If reaching us by phone:

You must call (814)-889-8894 for the offer to apply. If we do not pick up, you must leave a voicemail for this offer to apply. Missed calls without voicemails will not have this offer applied.

If reaching us by email:

You must email us at therealmccoyelectricllc@gmail.com for the offer to apply. Or, you can fill out one of the “Contact Us” forms on the website.

What does your message need to include?

Your voicemail or email must include sufficient info for us to attempt to reply to you (Name, phone number or email address, general reason for calling).

What counts as a reply?

We will attempt to call you back at the phone number or email address that you leave us within 25 minutes of receiving your initial qualifying message. Failure to answer our prompt reply for any reason will not result in an awarded credit.

How will you receive your credit?

If we fail to attempt to reply to you within 25 minutes, you must book an appointment with us within 3 days of your initial attempt to reach us (Please note: This does not mean that the appointment date must be within 3 days, but an appointment date does need to be agreed upon within 3 days).

After service is completed, if this offer applies to you, there will be a $25.00 USD credit deducted from your final invoiced amount. This credit may only be applied once and must be applied to the first service date booked by a first time customer. If this appointment date is cancelled, the credit will be lost. If this appointment is rescheduled, the credit may be applied to the rescheduled date. This credit may not be transferred to any other parties.
